Mr. Chacko became the District Convener of Organ Donors Forum in 2013 and has been conducting training programs to promote organ donation from both living and deceased donors. With his efforts, over 40000 organs have been signed to be collected through consent forms. He is also the State Coordinator of Suraksha Kerala, which is a program that aims early detection of renal issues through screening. Surakshakeralam has conducted 530 camps in 36 months and saw the participation of over 80000 people.
